Do the profession of "Admin" and give them to ordinary users.
It will be cool, I think so.

I like the whole hacker and thief jobs, with different tools and interesting things...
But I also like unique things, like corrupt cops that can accept bribes and things (though only 1 or 2, depending on server size.)

Speaking of different kinds of roleplay, if you make your server a "serious Roleplay" server, or something similar, then you might get a lot more people online as a lot of people are looking for someplace that they can play DarkRP in a managed environment, so they don't run across so many hackers and people looking just to cause grief by RDMing, RDAing, and the likes.
