Does anyone have a good work out routine that works out the body evenly and efficiently? I plan on getting a gym membership next week.I have a high metabolism so I'm not super skinny but it's kinda hard for me to gain weight lol. Any other tips or advice would be appreciated.
If you want to gain weight, try modifying your diet too as that can play a huge role in changing you physically. And also consider using Freeletics (paid version) to follow you through your workouts as it can help balance your load and direction it to where it needs to go. You're probably going to need to do a lot of weights and such, so be mentally prepared to work a lot if you want to gain weight.

OT: You might get one when you join in or you can go for Starting Strength or a simple split routine of 3 days just to start.
I do, it runs in my moms side of the family lol, and I remember one week I tried binge eating and I succeeded at nothing except becoming sick.
Check out athlene x by Jeff Cavvilier. My personal favorite. Breaks down everything and is super good at explain how each muscle works and what foods you should and shouldn't be eating to get that Greek God-like figure. Check out some of his videos on YouTube.

What's Starting Strength?
I didn't say anything about binge eating. Use an online calculator to see how much calories a day you need to mantain your weight and then add ~250 or 300 calories to it per day. Eat stuff like nuts, avocado, add olive oil to whatever you can, eat calorie dense foods. You could also start drinking more milk daily which has a lot of calories.
Starting Strength is a routine to create your strength foundation or something like that. You could also do 5x5, Strong Lifts or others. But now that I think about it, you're better off doing aerobics first and then moving on to that.

Also sorry for the late reply lmfao
I know, I was just giving an example. I got you now though. I wasn't/haven't really been on a controlled diet. Thanks.
