What are the best addons of 2018 so far?

Most of these add-ons weren't even created in 2018...
Though I do think there were updates to the TDM cars range, so there are a few new cool cars there. I have seen a few different weapon and mass destruction packs getting updates, but I think it's rather quiet (at least from my perspective) on the GMod modding scene.

Wiremod has my pick because of how much you can do with it, like having it autocollect your money printers in DarkRP.

the best current mod is prolly ULX. its essential.
