so someone bought a game account for me. and from what i know and what someone told me
-PayPal doesn't cover Virtual Items but you can claim it was a digital code (Explain how it was impossible to be redeemed)
-If this still doesn't help your case, provide evidence showing you sent a "code" (user:password) to his email address

so do i have enough proof so ill win the case to escalate to a claim so this is what i wrote in the dispute. i have yet to click escalate.

Terms of Service:
This item is a non-refundable item, whenever payment is received you are aware of the terms and conditions that do apply.
By accepting this invoice, you are aware about PayPal's policy about fraudulent payments, failure to comply is violation of PayPal's TOS.
All sale's are final, if a refund is issued, game account is revoked along with email being blacklisted.
This "item" is for the game server / Game name.
Once payment is received please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response, usually instantly game credentials are emailed.
