Best DPI/sensitivity?

I'm curious what DPI/sensitivity everyone thinks is best. I know it comes down to personal preference but it's interesting to me that the majority of the OWL players tend to use very low DPI/sens settings. Personally I use 800 dpi with 5 sensitivity, but think I may try even lower than that.

I play at 800 dpi at 4.45 Sensitivity and I aim with my wrist.

Something around 800/5-7 is good for most heroes, but you should go with what's comfortable for you.
