Hello!
In Korea, minors are legally prohibited from using bit coins.
I want to know how I feel about this situation abroad.

It's really not a big deal to me, I can totally see the reasoning behind that, mainly due to the fact that crypto is generally untraceable.

The same thing happened in China, though they already have The Great Firewall of China, so people are used to it there.
It does suck that governments are trying to regulate a currency that none of them own, even by blocking them IMO.

There was a fud but those exchanges are running not only in korea but internationally

it doesn't matter they should use vpn file system for access all exchanges
