No there is no such chances of BTC to rise again, as big countries USA, China, Japan are implementing law penelties in BTC

Yes for sure. Some even predict that 1BTC will equal $100k. But my money is on ETH which will have an even bigger increase in value.

Bitcoin IMO from my own research is just a big lottery for us normal investors, we have no way to predict the future and people claiming it will rise or fall in the future are just taking it out of thin air without any claims to back it up, but my own opinion is that with the influx of all these new cryptocurrencies that Bitcoin may not be able to peak like it once did.
