Pink textures in gmod

just download CSS content on your server and this problem quit )

Some maps require CSS and some are things like HL2 Episode 2, and in some cases DOD

I would say the other texture errors are caused by Half-Life 2, HL2 Episode 1, HL2 Episode 2. Download those and if you continue to have missing textures it will be caused either by servers missing models / materials or missing addon content.

If you have pink textures, its you don't have the correct textures ! try to find the add-ons materials on the workshop or find others content !

You should download :
- Counter-Strike: Source Map Files
- Counter-Strike: Game Content

install these files to

Steam/Steamapps/Common/Garrysmod/garrysmod/addons/

If you bought the games then you go into the main menu, you pressed the joystick in the bottom right and enable the textures then reset your game

I have had this problem before. I dowloaded the CSS content and it started to work. I don't have much on the information considering I just re-downloaded CSS.

And you shouldn't be missing any textures on any map.
Then put folders with content to garrysmod > addons

As Six has already stated, this is more then likly the best option for this. Unless this was a mod. Then you need to follow the directions thoroughly.
