Couldn't save block positions (HELP)

So, I'm in the block manager and I am getting an error saying:

Couldn't save block positions

I also tried it on the default theme and I get the same error.

Any assistance please? Will reward if a fix can be found!

Error log please? (System Logs / Error Logs in ACP)

This is likely a result of a conflicting custom widget, such as a widget added by an app or a custom block via Pages.

Error logs would certainly narrow it down.
