why do people hack?

i think they want to test their hacking skills and become famous when they success

boredom , or just to be cancer , for fun , or any other reason

Because they want to have fun and be better than others, without thinking about the experiences of other players. I don't like to use hacks in competitive video games, but in old and non-guarded servers it might be fun.

It can be fun to rage when you're with friends. On my own, I never cheat as there's no fun in that. I do make exceptions for when I'm convinced that the enemy is cheating.

Take a look to counter Strike 1.6 , is destroyed because of hacks , and really i dont see why they are using hacks!

They just wanna be better and have more power...
I hate hackers

The point of hacking games is that people get bored of playing the game as it is. They want to be the OP

To challenge themself by making better cheat that anti-cheat doesn't detect.

I dont know. It just makes it unplayable for everyone else whos playing properly
