While ulx is important you should also think about grabbing an anti-cheat such as cake or something similar.

The more custom a server is, the better. Pay someone to get those for you if you can't do it yourself.

I advise you to use Discord, because it has a lot of functionality and to use all the functions you do not need to pay, but it's also very beautiful.

arc bank is a 100% need for a dark rp server, without it, players worry about loosing money

I would suggest a good anti cheat such a Cake. You will never be able to have a server without a anti-cheat.

I would say get M9K (If you don't already have it) and TDM Cars (Again, if you don't already have it). If you want a fun job, you could add a Parkour Swep and make a Parkour job or something like that.

Well, probably the best addon is the addon for cars and weapons

ULX is important and I think M9K or some other weapon mod is important. But really quality of the server is the most important thing to me, if people are allowed to act rancid without punishment it tends to get ugly in my experience. Best of luck pal
