It's good but too many advantages for paid people, on my opinion it must be balanced so everyone play good

It depends on anyone as if you haven't tried out all the champions, you should do as you haven't even finished the game, therefore don't complain about the game getting boring.

It's never too late to start playing this game, its just gonna be a little difficult learning everything this game has to offer but you'll know it all in less then a month if you actually try.

If you're new I'd recommend playing the tutorial and then using a bot for a decent amount of hours. So, you can start off a bit easier as new players often have a hard time. I recommend using Fulcrum Bot however that is my personal choice. Overall, even if it's a little hard it's still worth trying.

I don't think so. League of Legends is slowly dying, just a waste of time if you'd actually wanna be competitive in this game, not just play it for fun.
