They give ya a rough idea of what you'd need and what would benefit what part

What do you mean make a budget system? You need to decide - you want to spend 3k and get a good PC that will last you like 4 years or a shitty budget PC which will be outdated within a year

Also, just go on PCpartpicked and go to completed builds, people already completed the best systems for different budgets

It's probably cheaper to build by yourself. Go to a website and select parts and add up total costs.

Try PCPartPicker and see what you can create or try out NewEgg!

PC Part picker is a life saver. Theyve got tons of guides and suggestions, and if youre lost then theyre incredibly helpful. $3000 is quite a lot for a computer though. The first thing that comes to mind with that kind of budget though is dont forget the monitor. At 3k you should atleast have 1440p/4k and above 100hz refresh rate. Preferably an IPS display.

With 3000 dollars u can buy gtx 1070ti and core i7 proccessor 7th generation and fhd screen 17.3 inch and not to mention the ram so u can buy 16gb.
How that sounds to u!
But u can always buy powerful gaming labtop like alienwere or asus with great performance
