Had dinner like an hour ago - KFC for life.

I am loosing my weight from last 9 months so ditched all fast foods. Lost around 29Kgs from last year november

That's a good amount of weight you lost.

Yes i am weighing currently at 105Kgs and planning to loose more steadily. I am on a good diet plan and doing exercises only, no pills for me.
