You can add a bitcoinminer. The bitcoin mod is a really fun and easy addon to operate. I made like 7 million on a server with that addon and I can say that I truly like it. The bitcoin miner is a really fun job and it's and upgrade from a printer guy.

Levels system for job progression, and if your looking for job ideas, try some inspirations from recent movies and stuff. Everyday life has a great amount of jobs that would be cool in rp.

Trucker might be good. He can delivery packs with weapons or something like that to customers. He can work on his own or getting rented.
