Hey guys,
Lately I have faced with Garry's mod error "Lua Panic not enough memory".
I have already tried a billion of solutions, but they haven't helped me, except the re-installing game (but the next day this problem occured once again).
If anyone faced with this error, please, help me.

P.S.: It's not all about hardware, this problems occurs even on powerful PCs.

It would be nice if you could tell us what you already tried.

1. Verified the integrity of game cache.
2. Re-installed the game. [The problem has disappeared, but only for a while].
3. Set launch options "-heapsize 2097152"
4. Used windowed mode.
5. Deleted all the addons.
6. Changed paging file.
7. Also, I have done some manipulations with the game files {according to guides}, but this also hasn't showed any results.

I had such a error when I had 2 GB of RAM, now I have 8 GB, and I have no such error. This error appears if you do not have enough RAM, that is, you have a lot of addons, a demanding or very large map on which you play. I advise you to include paging file, this function adds more memory, at the expense of your hard drive, but from this, the performance of the computer is reduced.

Thanks for reply. But the point is that I have read enough of posts dedicated to Lua Error. And you know, users who have cool PC & more than 2 GB RAM, still face same problem.
Yes, I do have 2GB RAM. But earlier I've played Gmod on the servers that have enough of addonswithout any issues.

You could have an addon causing memory leaks, I would try removing addons you aren't using.

I don't know how to fix this Error but I have it( fuck this ERROR

RE: Lua panic. Not enough memory.

#8
Run factory reset .bat file in gmod's root directory and clear your workshop subscriptions.

RE: Lua panic. Not enough memory.

#9
Call admins to change the map to gm_flatgrass and then join the server. After that you can join the server in any map.

Upgrade your Memory if you are using a server hoster
