I will be Upgrading a member that's seem's worthy enough to me. I know some members may not have the money right now or just don't have Paypal or BTC.
so im willing to help a useful/resourceful member out.

How to enter?
Just post below why you deserve the upgrade.

Requirements
-Must have neutral or positive rep
-Have HQpost or decent.
-Have HQ content
-Must be active
-NOT A LEECHER

I want really really a upgrade because I love to meet new people on this forum. My problem is, many sites use BTC and I have only PayPal so I can't buy it itself :(
