Sure, maybe remove and add 10 rep a day, so you could add 10 and remove 0 or add 5 and remove 5

I got no use for removing rep but understand why others may want to do it.

Only do this by enabling a notification with it. like "Aoki removed reputation blablabla"

Yeah that will help to know who removed a rep on you since it was impossible to tell on lf.

Edit: Since we get a notification for positive, negative, and neutral rep it would be wise to also have one for when a user removes a rep on somebody to prevent abuse.

I agree, I also think that users should have the ability to remove unwanted comments from their profile page.

This makes sense, I mean, i've seen on other people's profiles where there are just stupid and useless comments..

It was there, it is there, it will always be there.
