Cannabis Seed Germination ?

Did anyone had Cannabis seed ? How about germination step ? Don't know why I can't reach that germination processes to plant a peace :(

Any suggestion about Germination and Growing Cannabis seed ?

Get something like a plastic container, put tissue paper the one that absorbs water, put seeds on wet tissue, cover container, put in a dark place for 1-3days.
