if it is a personal website or for personal use only you can use Github, it can host one website for you given that total size doesn't exceed one gigabyte.

otherwise, I would say that you go with Bluehost or Ipage.

For a more cheaper option, I would say you search for a small hosting provider around where you live. They will give you comparable service at a lower price.
