Of course they do. Everybody has secrets they don't want to tell. But US government has bigger secrets they don't want to tell their people. Also, Vatican have secrets they don't want to tell. I really want to know it all.

The only thing i think they truely hide from us, is that they watch everything you do on computers at all times.

I think they are hiding the cure to cancer because they are making a lot of money by not releasing it.

Some kind of super weapons. I am talking weapons that would only ever be deployed if the US was invaded and their military had their backs against the wall, or they're hiding actual evidence of alien life like the Roswell incident.
