Yeah, I just enjoy zombie things, so an anime that was true to the zombie theme was pretty dope.

I don't know. They could make like an Alternative Setting or just a prequel (maybe the history of the characters before that)

Without even blinking an eye Re:Zero the Anime can't just end like that and I don't want to spoil myself with the light novel of the Anime is going to be continued sometime
