Check YouTube for tutorial how to bhop and then go to bhop servers.

I used to bhop a lot in gmod. Back then, in the server i played in, we had to bind jump to the mousewheel and put the max FPS limit to something like 35.8 to properly time the jumps with the server tickrate and all that. Practice makes perfect.
