Does anyone still play this game on multiplayer? any good server i could go?

I still play this game in single and multiplayer because it's awesome.

i play SAMP sometimes. itss still fun using mods etc

mods does always mean cheat ?

ENB is a mod.
Using bugatti or any other cars as models is modding.

Do they count as cheating ?
i also have some cleo mods which are allowed to use

SA:MP and MTA still playing :D

GTA San Andreas was one of the first games i modded xD and cheated on xD

with cleo mods you can do everything online like unl. ammo, health etc. thats why I asked :D
