I'm not saying "don't eat them, we are the same", things gotta eat. We are just animals. What do you think?

the ability to plan things. animals act with instinct but we can plan and consider possible consequences etc

What makes us better than animals? Intelligence, we have come this far due to us being superior intelligence wise. We're way ahead of other species when it comes to things such as communication. Our overall intelligence is what lead to us leading the planet though.

Should we eat animals at this point? No, we don't need to eat them in order to survive. It's 2018, we have an alternative for all the animal products, it's just that humans are cold-hearted enough that they would support mass slaughter just to taste a certain flavor. Research actually shows that the majority of the animal products are bad for us, yet we still continue to consume them. We're more intelligent and developed than every other species, yet we still haven't come far enough as a society to do things that are the best for us as a whole.

The main difference is that humans have better-developed brains, our brain is capable of much more complex thought processes. We have the ability to apply what we've learned, are able to communicate with each other and are even able to imagine and come up with new applications for previously learned concepts or ideas. But having said that we're still worst species on this planet.

Us human beings are the worst thing to happen to every living species on the planet, including other humans. As a species, we consume and reproduce without regard to how it affects our local and general environment. We alter and destroy environments wholesale again without regard for the repercussions. We produce waste and dangerous byproducts on an enormous scale.

we are a lot stronger than most of them, also we can talk

The complexity of life... We are able to communicate with each other and understand our surroundings. We are also able to ask us ethik questions what a animal can't do I guess. What makes us superior is the fact that we can use our mind better to solve problems.

we have a conciousness. we have free will. we are better simply. and we need to survive.

The ability to communicate i guess...
but then animals live in harmony too.
