Darkrp Garry's mod

Hey there, i m planing to open a gmod darkrp server, and i really want to make it the best, what do you guys think i should add to it. like jobs, addons, weapons, entities,special HUD or f4 menu?

I do not like it, maybe because I do not like this genre

Honestly, I don't advise going with a DarkRP server. I guess its alright... but there's so many of them already.
I advise you try to make your own custom gamemode. Or possibly edit a gamemode like DarkRP and turn it into something different.

I used to run a DarkRP server, if you make it unique then people will join.

Add addons many servers don't have.
Make special classes and such.
If you are good at coding, code your own addons(Thats what I do)

what do you use for coding, i just start studying in programming and I would love to know how to code my own addon, but i don t know where to start and with what, any suggestion of software for programming do you recommend and i search up a bit and didn t find quite satifying base to know what to rite
