Does anyone notice the edgy dupes?

I recently took time to explore the dupe tab on garrysmod and have seen some nsfw-ish type things. These arethe reason gabe won't make hl3 because kids are to addicted to making ragdolls **** eachother either on chairs or on props it really hurts my brain.
