I don't use a phone but if I did I would leave it at home whenever I went out with friends.

When you stay with friends and bring your cellphone, what you do? Turn of and leave it and talk with your friend directly or you keep busy with your phone?

If I'm with my friends it's a mix. We use our phones to show memes we liked to each other. It's really fun and we're not constantly on it so we have a good time
Et mortem superavit

Depends sometimes we both use it lol. Unless we have specific plans we sometimes just chill out and keep eachother company.

No reason not to bring your phone, just don't be an addict about it? You can check the time or w/e quickie task, but if you're hanging out with someone... hang out with them? Instead of staring into your phone screen the whole time. Phones are only as detrimental as you let them be, keep your wits about it and you'll be fine.

Can't ever turn off my phone - I own a business with about 25 employees and it requires my full attention 5 years down the line. Haven't taken any long holidays off or what so ever but my friends respect it. They fully understand and support my choice so if I need to take a call and step away or whatever, there's still good vibes.

I always have my cellphone at my person, however i never use it if I'm interacting with someone.
