I do not have a lot of experience with creating plugins, but on YouTube there are a lot of very easy playlists and courses

GUI Command list. /Favorites or /fav from there lists all commands you have made your favorites. Then make all commands be listed in groups by their plugin name. Might have to be manually sorted but still worth it if there are many plugins running on server.
