I like using fragnet, however they aren't the cheapest around. But they ensure good quality.

omgserv if you want a fast and complete panel for your server, but ovh if you want a complete system to administrate your server

You can make you're server in a OVH VPS it's better.

Ive used Shockbyte. They are SO goddamn cheap its unreal. I wish their support team was a bit better but very good performance!
