I mean you can look at refunders and the sites ,they list, that will usually give you a good idea of which ones are viable

I've done Nike before on accident, wanted a refund on a hoodie i had that had lose threads and they gave it to me without even asking to return the hoodie. Amazon is by far the easiest though. you could probably build a new pc by refunding on amazon, just order something, request a refund and get it almost immediately, then buy something else and sell it.
