Pink textures in gmod

Maybe need download server content? This should help solve the problem.

You have to download the css addon data from the internet, just wathc some tutorials about that

Reinstalling or download Css. If it didn't help then the map or item or whatever has seperate content.

They are a lot of people saying you need day of defeat. You do not need day of defeat. Not a lot of maps use DOD textures. CSS and HL2 EP1 should be the only ones you need. If you still have texture errors get HL2 EP2 textures. After that you should be fine. If you still have errors you either didn't place the texture files correctly or your playing on a very old or poorly built map.

Edit: If you have errors for guns or objects (not part of map) you probably are missing server content like said above.

Sometimes servers don't have the CS textures or the Half-Life Textures mounted to their servers, so everyone will have that issue, you'll have to contact the server owner and ask him to mount the addons.

It could be the servers problem, just try and look around for a staff member to help you out. They should be there to do that.

Check server all contents, Check you folder garry's mod and css content

You can install css if you've bought it or just download css content addon (just a simple search on google to find those)

If you have slow internet just get CSS, it's the main content pack used in gmod.
