Is Hanzo troll?

Works fine. If your internet provider has a firewall that blocks imgur then that's the case.

Since it's a hard(er) character to play, people will say it's troll since they don't see you killing everything.

I heard that Hanzo is op rn but I'm sure that only applies to people who are good with him.

Well. If you aren't killing people with Hanzo (or any range damage dealer such as him) then you are doing something wrong. You aren't suppose to get assists with someone like Hanzo, you are suppose to fire one arrow and get at least one kill.

hanzo is one of the best heros
if u know how to play it

hes the most annoying hero that ive ever seen, randomly getting headshot is so garbage

If the guy doesn't know how to play him and just pick him to be toxic, then yeah, it's a troll pick. And for real, even attack symmetra can be a good pick if the guy knows how to play her.
