[HELP]Making a server

so i have never made a minecraft server before. so i know nothing about minecraft i mainly made gmod servers.
However what i wish to know is where can i find plugins/addons/tutorials. and the most important of all.
where can i search for experienced people that will help me with the server?like ik darkrp has the darkrp forums and facepunch and so on. but what does minecraft have?
because



i'm offering someone who doesn't have the money but has the experience to make a minecraft server. in exchange. i will provide the website/hosting and everything [MONEY]. while he runs the server and so on.
basically offering a chance for someone to make a server that doesn't have money.

well something happened my dedicated server's OS is 2 old for minecraft however my offer still stands for Any other game gmod/arma/ark se/rust and so on.
If you're experienced but do not have the money. i can provide everything my 2 conditions are you get players and donations.
