DarkRP i added some new playermodels for jobs and now they are T pose?

Okay so as the title says i have added some new playermodels for jobs onmy server and now they are stuck in the T pose for some reason, i have tried everything but nothing seems to work? Does anyone know the solution to this? Please?

Its possible that you accidentally added an NPC model instead of a playermodel, NPC models always T-pose replace them with normal playermodels and you should be fine
