Its not about Admins. It is about "logic". Just like Time flows and you can't do anything about it, this game generates PURE PURE random numbers and then decides the outcome and no one can do anything about it. No trick, no pattern. It is unbiased.

Thus, "All will come back" is ruled out. Just like you don't know your death's time/date. You can't know this game's output. (Unless you can travel to the future?)
