Advice Needed Slow Internet

I've decided to make this because my friend is having problems with his internet and needs help.


The thing that usually works for me is either restarting the device or restarting the internet.

Post youradvice below.

What we can do about that? tell him to call ISP and scream on the phone.
Works every time.

Is he using WIFI? If so tell him to use an ethernet cable or maybe there could be something wrong with his router. He should call his ISP and tell them about the issue he's having and If they don't fix it he should switch over to another ISP.

The only option you really have is upgrading your internet speed. Can't really expect to gain internet speed out from nowhere.

If you need to restart your router, i think the problem is in the router itself. Ask for the internet provider to replace the router.

Get a better ISP as said before, or get a power line extender. Like the TP LINK AV600, severly improved my speeds.
