I use actively Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Home, Ubuntu 16.04 (Desktop & Server), Ubuntu 18.04 (Desktop), Kali Linux 2018.2
Also to the list of more rarely ones Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Debian and CentOS
My favourite would definitely have to be Ubuntu 18.04 so far...

(Why so many? I have multiple servers)
