Is basewars still a thing?

Does anyone remember this mode?

your goal was to find a place for your base, barricade - anything goes (fading doors without lockpad)
buy a printer and print money, the trick was that it takes a while for a printer to turn profitable - just like darkrp and people can raid you at anytime without a warning

shit was pretty fun, wonder if there is still good server for it? don't feel like downloading gmod just to find out that it's completly dead - it never was popular..

Base Wars is pretty much gone. There is a couple sandbox servers that do base wars but not a lot.

Agree with Aligator, base wars was so fun in the moment, but now idk i dont like it so much

I dont remember seeing it recently. Might still be around however.

base wars is alright, i didn't have too much fun. Not my style to be honest.
