I'd use Atom or Visual Studio Code, I'd edge more towards Visual Studio Code more if you are going to use the Command Prompt often as it has the Command Prompt built in.

I agree with this statement. Also if you are running linux, NANO should be your go to option for large files.

I use Sublime Text 3, quite better than notepad and notepad++. It's free version is great and you can purchase a premium license. It is worthy.

Use online or offline editors.Notepad xD,Notepad++,Visual Studio,Sublime Text 3,Netron.

You could try Sublime Text 3. It comes with some default syntax, and you can install packages, such as transparent window or more syntax

I recommend Notepad++. It is free and most likely can handle your file.
