cars/hud/score board/f4 menu/jobs (criminal,police,mechanic for cars,dj,mayor etc)/ulx system to control any rule breakers and last but you should use money printers/drugs this is all can be found on the gmodstore or you can get a leaked one your choice but this is definitely you need MINIMUM for a successful darkrp server
