A good anime to watch?

You should try Grancrest Senki its a great action/adventure anime with some romance just great overall and you get a good feeling if epicness

Tokyou Ghoul is a bit strange in the beginning but in the end you will like it, but the Tokyou Ghoul Re manga is shit (That's what everyone is saying). I didnt like the Tokyou Ghoul tho
