Overrated Characters and Underrated Characters

What do you think which characters are overrated and whic ones are underrated? and why?
for me is Torbjrn too much underrated becouse it's can be very good on the games when you make the right strategy

Hmm, don't know about overrated, but I think Mei is very underrated. She's a pain to play against and her ult can be a real game changer. She's not the best in all situations which seem to be the reason why she isn't played much.

Hanzo and widow are underrated. Good hanzo or widow can carry teamfights or even games.

I've never found soldier to be all that useful, though he never seems to be hated on as much as I think he deserves. Torbjorn is underrated just because he's most likely to be played by less developed players, though he can single-headshot and shoot over hills. A well placed turret to pick off flankers rather than drawing the main groups attention is also a game changer.

Of course, but it is a character which requires little skill, like symmetra, with which you can do a lot of damage, with the minimum of skill

The most overrated character is Genji Imho. He needs a good team to excell. Most underrated is definitely Zennyata. That Mofo can dish damage.

I think Tracer is a bit overrated. I don't really like tjorbon.

Genji is overrated and I think mei is really underrated

I agree, I had a really good Mei player saving a few of comp games on my team when I barely saw a Mei on any matches most of the time

I think lucio very underrated due to his passive healing
