Why do people hack?

Some people cheat because they are sick of playing against cheaters, or just to rank up and see how far they can get

Answer 1 :Because they're not playing well, so they're using cheat for playing well. And the other see cheaters and they want to use it too. It's spreading like cancer.

Answer 2 : They're choose to turn on the wallhackwhen they dead but they can hold themself and choose to use it in-game. It's end up with vac ban.

I hacked to get out of sliver and then turned off the hacks. Too many smurfs in sliver and it killed me not being able to escape and go to gold nova

Big part of the cheaters do it for the reaction of the other team, how mad they get, if people just get used to the cheaters and stop giving them so much attention (which is never going to happen because everyone thinks they are the best and when they feel cheated out of a game they start bi*ching) they would lose interest in ruining games

The most of cheaters cheat because of others cheaters

I asked myself the same question a few times, what leads someone to use external programs to "increase" their stats in game.

Well there's many answers for that question. and each of them can be true or false depending on the cheater.

Some does it for trolling, making other players rageo for fun, others does it to rank up, and once saw a guy that wanted to get VAC banned in every (vac enabled) game.
And ofc there still some examples such as: Frustrated kids that decided to use cheats because they lack of habilties. (usually a high volume of the cheaters started as RageQuitters).

I think it depends on the game. Pay to win games (or games that need constant grinding to actually win / progress like GTA V) I think people cheat (my self included) so that you aren't needing to pay rockstar for in game cash so you can get all the car's and houses just for fun instead of grinding for money, which gets very boring.

On the other hand, games like CS:GO and PUBG people cheat either to piss others off, or that they are jealous of the people who are good. Skill based games like those I don't really agree with cheating in since you can't gain anything to help you in it (skins don't help ) and it is just cheating to kill others and ruin their fun .

Because they are tired of dying and losing every time, < the ones who are atleast tring to play legit but the spinbotters are just playing to destroy your game

Becouse they are bad in the game, and want to be better. I knwo it's ad but true. I've been meeting cheaters a lot but when the new vac system came out it changed, they are not that much of cheaters aut there now
