Magic Wand Rewrite mod is quite good. You can edit the spells or you can create a new spell as you want!

there are a few ones i like but it is hard to narrow it down. advanced dupe is pretty cool but there are also some gamemodes in general which are really well done and I enjoy those. things like monolith or paralakerp
