Which PC do you think is best?

PC 2 is better. having a better processor is always nice. It's not really necessary, but having a snappier computer can make doing homework a less rage inducing experience.
At that price point better off buying a new laptop with latest generationprocessors if you are just doing homework.

I would have gotten the second pc since it has a faster and better cpu.

Elite 8300 is better thand businnes pc. Because Elite 8300 have great cpu.

Yes i have to agree that the second PC is the best and the more up to date PC with the 64bit O/S and Wifi and the rest, so 2nd one for sure.
