vsco definetely, you should try it... it has some nice vintage/retro filters and stuff like that

Adobe photoshop Express, Adobe photoshop Fix, Adobe photoshop Mix.

You can use Photoshop it's simple to use and very complex, you can do lots of things with it!

The best always is Adobe Photoshop but I don't know why you want to edit it on a mobile phone. It's much more complicated. And for simple editions just use the camera editor.

Nothing beats photoshop at the moment but for minor photo editing on the go, snapseed or vsco is enough if you don't have an access to a computer.

If not for the insane price, Adobe Photoshop would be the one to pick. But other solutions like Pixlr are closing in.

I am using Adobe officially application from last some years and without any issues.

Photoshop would be the top. Corel Photo is second on my list.
