Easly way is Linux Game Servers Manage. Simple for newbie

Buy server or vds, download exe files from valve, install it, run it, connect by server id adress, ???, profit

Just go on youtube and everything is there if you need it.. simple

Download SteamCMD. Install GMODDS, install and setup addons. Buy hosting and download server on it. Start server and play. PROFIT!
