Money Laundering NPC

What is this?
This is a NPC that helps players earn some not so legal money. Players go up to the NPC with the intention of earning a little more money, and give a starter fund to the NPC. The NPC then takes this money and get's more money by using those funds to "launder" and returns to the player with more money. This all seems perfect for the player, that is, if that person doesn't decide to run off with the money leaving the person in the dust. What can they do? They can't do anything due to the manner of the action.

• Highly extensive config allowing for practically every aspect of the NPC to be changed.
  
• Chance of scamming, so players cannot just get unlimited money with this.
  
• Limiting for ranks, allowing for a fun donator perk.
  
• Almost all of the text is changeable, allowing for custom messages.
  
• Ability to put players on cool down after using the NPC.
  
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal amounts are modifiable.
  
• And lots more.
