What makes a good DarkRP server?

Very curious since im in the making of mine and would love some advice!

A good server makes good players and more loyal rules

Good darkrp servers are often very well developped and have some scripts that other servers don't have.

good staff nice community and overall a playerbase

staff - addons - jobs - number of player connected - no cheater

many things staff addons players jobs no hackers and cheaters
